CHIVA CALENCHU in Argentina : locution to annoy, mock and make a person angry while pretending to massage with two fingers of one hand a beard that is not had and repeats the phrase over and over again. Chiva calenchu became popular in the 1990s by a television show called Juana and her sisters, starring Juana Molina.
